Join Aurora Hutchinson, on Zoom, for this series of classes that will help you feel grounded, jump-start or deepen your mindfulness practice, and empower you with tools that support lifelong wellness. As an online Zoom meeting (no account necessary to join), we’ll meet in real time, connect “face-to-face” or by phone, and be able to share about practice experiences. As you make the choice for well-being, you can experience life with greater sense of calm, presence and ease!
